Each live session is 2 hours. The program flows through 3–4 consecutive live sessions followed by an Integration Week, allowing the nervous system to rest & absorb.
You’ll also experience 3 dedicated kundalini energy-work sessions placed after energetically sensitive modules to assist in integration.

The program calendar (above) lists all call weeks in advance with integration weeks included. The intention is to hold regular calls on Sundays, 9–11 AM PST.
